There is a magical place deep down inside that you may have forgotten about and I want to share with you how to reconnect and empower your life again.

Spirit is always reminding me that I must acknowledge my needs and look after myself, that my inner self and centre of my being are where I can find my strengths and where I store my inner knowledge and wealth.

Acknowledging myself allows me what I need to hear to get the confirmation or clarity about what is going on in my life. Spirit helps me to feel and know how my kids are and when a friend is in trouble. Simply by giving my self time and priority this can help me restore my broken heart or heal my body when I need it. It also helps me find the drive to achieve what I desire as within is the place of my true essence and how I can learn to live and feel and experience life to the fullest. The starting place is within to allow your outer life to be successful.

I can assure you by acknowledging and nurturing your inner self you will slowly start to feel and know what is going on emotionally and physically. Then with this information you can take steps to getting yourself back on track to feeling great and planning for the future and having the confidence to make great decisions again.

Decisions that will empower your life and help you feel in control will bring inner peace, strength and passion back into your life.

Self worth

As a woman, self worth is everything. Without self worth and confidence you have to work so much harder to achieve anything in life and when your confidence is strong people really notice as you ooze clarity, strength and decisiveness.

You attract more life opportunities and offers appear as everyone wants a piece of what you have. It’s true when you are on a positive wave in your life; you gather and attract great stuff. As they say “like attracts like”. So how do you get there when you have been down or going through hard emotional or physical times.

Confidence

Do you trust your self implicitly, do you harness your inner power or do you let it go or give it away? We all have an inner power house, and it is with inner power that we can accomplish anything. Some of us know how to use this power and continue to be empowered, some of us feel powerless and give it all away. However, all of us have an inner power, it just may be that your inner power light is dim and needs some work or maintenance.

Taking responsibility is an important way to build your confidence. Taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions fuels your internal power source. If you want your dreams to become a reality, then it is your responsibility to make it happen. One of the greatest ways to loose your power is to blame others or situations. Have the courage to take responsibility and you will feel your self grow, you will feel stronger and better equipped to deal with life.

To Break the Negative Cycle

There are many ways to create abundance and empowerment into your life. You don’t have to win anything- you only need to follow a few simple techniques and find the room for this energy that you often don’t feel entitled to or truly believe is available to you e.g. have you ever wondered why it is easier to believe the negative than the positive? Think about this: when someone offers you a compliment do you accept it as truth or question it and them? Your answer to that should give you some idea of your self worth. By acknowledging how great you are at many things, or even how good you look today, you can help build and affirm your self worth and confidence.  

Timing can be everything and often times are tough and you feel like everything is too hard. The harder you try, the more energy you seem to lose and the more obstacles you seem to find. Without realising it, the resistance becomes normal and you slowly start to accept hardship as your life. A crisis hits and stops you in your tracks and you re-evaluate and finally make the changes.

Why do you allow yourself to get to crisis point? Is it because you have lost sight of your goals, purpose and who you are?

So don’t wait for a crisis to learn to value yourself and your life, do it now!

By slowing down, taking a deep breath and allowing time to think and re-evaluate events you can often bring a new perspective and freshness. Then you can make plans, enjoy what you are doing and you may see an alternative path.

Your inner reality becomes your living reality. If you are too busy to notice yourself, what else are you missing?

Negative people

Be aware of negative people who have little or no self confidence. They will try to undermine you to make themselves feel better about who they are. These people are highly toxic and I would advise you to limit your time with them.
