Hi All

I hope you made it through the last month without feeling too confused. For many October was muddly and brought with it an element of fear as many found it hard to figure out what was going on especially with the emotional. The months have zoomed by and we now face the final 8 weeks of 2009 without feeling like we have had the opportunity to take a good crack at it. For me the year has brought all emotions and I have had to face many reminders from the past not to mention the old connections I have had from facebook.

My 100 day challenge is going well with my gym and some of my work goals are starting to feel real and I can almost taste the rewards. But I must say the excitement of a 3 vibration for 2010 not to mention the energy of those double digits really excite me and it is hard not to focus on finishing 2009 right, but finish I will as I will control my eagerness to jump forward.

We have had many great emails of challenges many of you have put in place and we look forward to see who achieves and wins.

It is important to finish 2009 off well and think about what you have learned, what you need to be thankful for and what is your passion and purpose going to be in the next 5 years. if you are stuck or not where you think you should be, you could blame others, your parents/partner, your boss or the economy for not being where you want to be, how ever I know that you are the only one who can determine your life. Remember you determine your future, sure you will meet obstacles along the way but I beleave you are where you are because of your inner belief and what you expect from life.

What thoughts and beliefs are limiting you from your true potential now and for the years ahead? What are you going to do about this in 2010 as I feel that we are in for an amazing time with the new energy here. If you are still struggling, it is due to you fighting to keep your old life and energy alive and Im sorry to tell you, the energy shift and change we have been experiencing for the last 2 years is now complete and the only way to enjoy it is to embrace it.

I will be writing a lot more about the new energy but remember I wrote a detailed post about his in September so take another read.

Personal

The next 8 weeks will ask you to face many things but especially the reality of what you have not completed and for some this takes them to a flat emotional place that honestly is not worth the effort. My suggestion is that you celebrate what you have achieved and plan to look forward to what is next. For many families the pressure will start to build with Christmas around the corner not to mention the holidays and all the expense needed and for some that lost their jobs or worse their homes the reflection of 2009 will be a sober one. But you still have 8 weeks so make the most of it and don’t waste a minute.

Try giving back to your community in some way maybe financially, clear out your toys and clothes cupboards or give the most precious of all, your time.

Family will be all go and for many the pressure of exams and then looking for holiday work. You are not going to get to rest this month so you may as well embrace it.

Enjoy November

Business

November will be fast and require lots of energy especially when it comes to work, so put everything into it and enjoy the results. This is not a month to stand back but one to really put the efforts in to win. This month is also the last chance to plan the money for 2009 and the start of 2010, so give it a good nudge and encourage colleagues and staff to do the same. Don’t count on any rest as you will be disappointed, the energy is high and now is the time to use it to your advantage as we have not had much of this energy this year.

People will be more responsive if you can get them to sit still and keep their attention. When problems arise this month the pressure will be on to make decisions but this may be very hard as the clarity will not be easy to find, so trust your gut. Watch pricing and sales analysis as the energy will not be grounded and this could make it difficult to see what is real and not hype and mistakes could be made.

Staff will also seem like they are running but instead of trying to hold them back, support them as some surprising results will emerge from all the efforts.

So enjoy this energy wave and go with the flow.
